His client experience includes work with major brands such as Audible, Affinity, Samsung, Frontier Communications, Altice USA, and Oscar Healthcare.
Since launching Delane in 2014, Theo has guided the company through consistent year-over-year growth while building a firm known for executive consulting, PMO strategy, business agility, organizational transformation, and talent management.

Theo has served on several staffing company advisory boards and has been involved in the Da Vinci Discovery Center of Science and Technology in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he and his wife are founding trustees.
Theo received a Master's Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University and studied Electrical Engineering at Penn State University.
Theo and his wife have three children and reside in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, he enjoys basketball, football, and golf.
