Steve brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to Delane Consulting and Talent Management as the Vice President of Finance.  ​

Steve has spent most of his career working in the manufacturing and services sectors of the communications industry. His experience includes working for AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Verizon Communications.

 

Steve has hands-on experience in Project and Program Management, Strategic and Tactical Marketing, Military Engineering, Product Management, Quality Engineering, Product and Process Development Engineering, Product Engineering, Financial Processes, and Business Management.  

 

Steve was the general manager of a $180MM Global Integrated Circuit business where he was responsible for the profit and loss of the overall business as well as identifying new markets for business growth.

 

Steve holds Bachelor of Sciences and Master of Sciences degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and a certified Project Management Professional.

 

Steve volunteers at his church, East Hills Moravian, and is serving on the Executive Board of Minsi Trails Council, Boy Scouts of America. He recently retired from serving as President of the Board of Directors of Lehigh Valley Public Media (WLVT PBS 39, WLVR-91.3, and LehighValleyNews.com). For additional enjoyment, Steve is a private pilot who loves aviation. He also plays bass guitar in a classic rock band. He and his wife enjoy traveling and they visit at least one National Park every year. They also enjoy riding roller coasters, but when Steve wants to push the envelope he goes skydiving. Steve had two grown children and two grandchildren and currently lives in Bethlehem, PA.
