Steve brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to Delane Consulting and Talent Management as the Vice President of Finance.
ABOUT STEVEN
Steve has spent most of his career working in the manufacturing and services sectors of the communications industry. His experience includes working for AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and Verizon Communications.
Steve has hands-on experience in Project and Program Management, Strategic and Tactical Marketing, Military Engineering, Product Management, Quality Engineering, Product and Process Development Engineering, Product Engineering, Financial Processes, and Business Management.
Steve was the general manager of a multi-million-dollar Global Integrated Circuit business, where he was responsible for the overall business's profit and loss and for identifying new markets for growth.
Steve holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Steve worked on a team that supported Verizon. In this role, he helped bridge communication gaps between the finance and network engineering teams. His ability to understand and translate the needs of business, engineering, product management, and project management allows him to bring different teams together and keep everyone aligned.

BEYOND WORK
Steve volunteers at his church as the Technology Lead for East Hills Moravian and is on the Executive Committee of Minsi Trails Council, Scouting America where he serves as VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. He is also a commissioner of the Bethlehem Human Relations Commission. He is retired from the Board of Directors of WLVT PBS 39 where he served as board president. For additional enjoyment, Steve is a private pilot who really loves aviation. He also plays bass guitar in a classic rock band at his church. He and his wife enjoy traveling and they try to visit at least one National Park every year. They also enjoy riding roller coasters, but when Steve wants to push the envelope, he goes skydiving. Steve has two grown children, two grandsons, and one granddaughter and lives in Bethlehem, PA.
