ABOUT ANGELA
As Senior Director of Operations and Account Management for Delane Consulting and Talent Management, Angela drives alignment across teams to ensure client satisfaction and build strong and impactful relationships with our clients and partners. Angela was Delane's first employee when Delane was established in June 2014, and within the first four years at the company, she helped drive the company's growth 50 percent year over year.
In her Operations role, Angela leads vendor relationships, marketing, and AP/AR. As the owner of Account Management, Angela oversees relationships with our most valuable clients, including a Fortune 20 company and Audible (an Amazon company).
Before Delane, Angela was an executive administrator at Verizon. There, Angela supported the vice president of Marketing PMO. Her position was not a traditional executive administrative role, as she was responsible for coordinating projects and initiatives within her department and served as the chief of staff to the vice president. Angela was known to be one of the top performers in her area.
Angela was the director of operations for a small family-owned business in New York. In this role, she led daily operations, payroll, AP/AR, inventory management, and customer relationship management.

Angela is a dedicated mother of two boys and resides with her husband in New Jersey. She is very active in her children's activities and sports, and her excellent time-management skills and entrepreneurial spirit have allowed her to successfully manage a business with her husband for 13 years.
