Fady Zachary

Partner & Vice President of Consulting Services

As Partner and Vice President of Consulting Services, Fady cares for all Consulting Services offered by Delane Consulting LLC. Fady oversees the quality of the consulting offering and develops the company’s IP and brand. In his previous role as Principal Consultant and Practice Lead of Business Transformation, Fady architected the Lean Business Agility (LBA) framework, which is an award-winning business transformation model that uses concepts of Design Thinking, Lean Product Development, and Agile Delivery aimed to achieve Business Agility.

The LBA framework has recognized major successes within a Fortune 15 company that included a cross-functional transition from the company’s traditional state to a cultural and structural transformation transcending the organization’s processes, operations, and personnel. Besides architecting and customizing the LBA model to fit the corporate unique culture, Fady led the stakeholder’s engagement effort aimed at a companywide support and engagement in the business transformation initiative.

With over 20 years of Product Development and Product Management experience with Fortune 500 companies, Fady has been a pioneer for developing Business Transformation practices for the enterprise marketplace.  His portfolio in these disciplines includes a broad global footprint.  He has implemented programs in the United States, Europe (France, UK, Finland), and the Middle East (Egypt, UAE, Qatar) markets, and with industries covering Telecommunications, Data Centers, ISPs, Submarine Cable Systems, and Manufacturing.

Fady has an M. Sc. from Middlesex University in London, and B. Sc. from the American University in Cairo. He is also a SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile Inc), a Certified Scrum Product Owner (Scrum Alliance), and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMI).

Outside of work, Fady focuses on being a “present and involved” husband and father to his lovely wife and three kids. Fady also enjoys his volunteering service with his church community.
